Architected and maintained a Next.js monorepo (pnpm, Turborepo) with a public web app, an admin panel and shared packages, keeping the codebase consistent across both apps.
Built a self-hosted, Docker-based mapping stack (TiTiler for Sentinel-2 imagery, tileserver-gl with Planetiler-generated Iran OSM tiles, Open-Meteo for weather) to remove dependence on sanctioned map providers.
Implemented interactive GPX track visualization in 2D (react-leaflet) and 3D (MapLibre GL JS with terrain tiles) for route and peak pages.
Designed the e-commerce flow end to end, covering time-limited discount events with server-side pricing, cart-to-payment and admin order management, and documented it for backend developers and AI coding agents.
Designed a club registration feature with an admin approval workflow, follower-based notifications and a defined data model, and coordinated its API contract with the backend team.
Developed the Flutter mobile app using Riverpod and Clean Architecture, porting the platform’s map layers to mobile with maplibre_gl and a tilt-plus-hillshade approach for terrain visualization.
Built a trailhead navigation feature for Android that detects the user’s proximity to a GPX trail start, provides guidance along the track with high-accuracy background location, and fires off-track alerts, with offline GPX and map downloads for areas without connectivity.
